The nature of this service

Restoration Lincoln is a free referral service, not a restoration contractor. We connect you with licensed, insured restoration companies serving Lincoln and Lancaster County. All work is performed by the independent contractor you choose to hire.

We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor. We do not supervise, direct or control their work, set their prices, or guarantee their performance.

No warranty on contractor work

Contractors in the network represent that they are licensed and insured, and we ask for that. We do not, however, warrant the quality, timeliness, safety or legality of any work performed. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about any contractor before hiring them, including verifying their licence and insurance and obtaining a written estimate.

Emergencies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
