Who we are
Restoration Lincoln is a free referral service, not a restoration contractor. We connect you with licensed, insured restoration companies serving Lincoln and Lancaster County. All work is performed by the independent contractor you choose to hire.
What we collect
When you call +1 (402) 783-8866 we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, property address and a description of the damage. We collect this so a restoration contractor can contact you and reach the property.
This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics that identify you personally. Standard server logs record IP address, browser type and pages requested, as almost all web servers do.
How we use and share it
Information you provide is shared with the restoration contractor or contractors we refer you to, so they can contact you about your enquiry. That is the purpose of the service.
We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing purposes. We may disclose information where required by law.
Calls and messages
By calling or submitting your number you consent to being contacted by the contractor we refer you to, at the number you provided, about your enquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask at any time not to be contacted again, and that request will be honoured.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where recording occurs you will be notified at the start of the call.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us by calling +1 (402) 783-8866. Note that once a contractor has your details, their own privacy policy governs how they handle them, and you should contact them directly about their records.
Children
This service is intended for property owners and occupiers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
